Worked well for 1 week then it went offline and unable to reconnect after that It worked for 1 week then it stopped. I had configured the gateway to my Akaso lock. It worked well for 1 week then it went offline. I tried to reset and reconnect about 10x after that but it failed every time. So I had to return it. I bought another unit from another vendor. Btw, they are the exact same item just rebranded. So, it’s working for over 1 week now. Hopefully it doesn’t die out like this one did.
It left to work Hi guys, how can I get support, since it left to work. It worked for a month and then suddenly is not working. The led red is blinking as a network problem but everithing is OK. I remove the gateway and begin the procees like a new gateway, I see it from the APP, but it can’t to connect to the door lock. The door lock is working perfectly with the APP connected trough bluetooh. thanks!
