Fast, easy set-up I used only the router (not any of the two extenders included), and got a download speed of 113 Mbps, though I use 100 Mbps spectrum internet. It works fairly fine in my 1000 sq ft apartment without the extendersThe set-up is the least complicated I have ever installed. Great mesh-router!
