You get what you paid for… This device suffers from the lack of basic features than can be found on just about any electronic ever made in the history of mankind. There is absolutely no I/O on this device for which to determine if the device is working in any capacity. caught the theif I put the tracker in my cordless screw gun bag with charger and extra battery along with the screw gun. After someone broke into my job trailer and stole my tools, they also tool the toolbag with the tracker in it. The police were able to track down the theif.
So far I’ve experienced gaps in real-time position reports if device is in center console or trunk. Sometimes it works. The device must be able to “see” several of the GPS satellites to get an accurate position fix.
