Terribly complicated We had a Kodak Pulse Frame before this. Very simple. Send the frame address to anyone who wanted to send pictures and that worked. I have 6 siblings who are not tech savvy and the amount of work to get them to be able to do anything is ridiculous. I have yet to get one person working. Support site is crap, (Chat does not work). Does not stream directly from Google Photos or Facebook I initially thought it synced to my Google Photos albums directly so that if I added a new photo to my album in Google Photos (or even Facebook albums), it would show up automatically on the frame without me doing anything else.
