Lacks simplicity, and customer support Its awkward in some ways, like when you make a ‘Facebook Live’ stream profile and want to make small changes to it, you cant.. and have to delete and recreate. Also the front panel is low quality and clunky. Works great for Twitch IRL streaming and the LiveU support team is friendly. I saw the LiveU in action at TwitchCon 2018. Returned home and ordered one immediately to start IRL streaming on Twitch. So far I have had no problems streaming to Twitch using the LiveU Solo. I will be taking this unit internationally very soon and will put it through a lot! So far all my cellular modems have worked—plug and play, one Verizon modem required the latest firmware to be manually requested from support which the turnaround was very quick!
